Camensac is one of the top properties in the Haut Medoc and has a very superior location on the border with St Julien. The 2005 is unsurprisingly excellent - ripe and forward on the nose with fine tannins framing sweet cassis and blackberry fruit on the palate. Lovely long, fresh finish.
